A "REAL" 1969 Trans Am It was a little too late in 1969 when Herb Adams finally convinced Pontiac that they needed a special Firebird. That is why they only built 697 of ‘em, and why they are so significant today. Who ever dreamed the Trans Am would go on to become one of Pontiac’s most famous models. Jim was lucky enough to get one of the early cars, and he’s treated it with the respect it deserved and now wants to share it with the “right” new owner.
